Paraplanner – Hybrid Working in High Wycombe

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join an established Independent Financial Planning practice in High Wycombe. You will work closely with financial advisers, providing technical and analytical support to deliver high‑quality financial planning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed research and analysis across pensions, investments, protection and planning solutions.
• Produce accurate, clear and compliant suitability reports and recommendation letters.
• Prepare technical information for client meetings and support advisers with complex queries.
• Undertake product and provider comparisons and assist with pension, investment and retirement cases.
• Support cash‑flow modelling and financial planning analysis.
• Ensure client files meet internal standards and FCA regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with providers and third parties to obtain necessary information.

Required profile

• Previous Paraplanner experience within an IFA, financial planning or wealth management environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and related products.
• Experience producing suitability reports and conducting research.
• Diploma qualified (Level 4) preferred or working towards Chartered status.
