Paraplanner – International Clients

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join a leading wealth and asset management firm in the City of London. The role sits within the International Wealth Planning team, supporting high‑net‑worth private clients with complex, cross‑border investment needs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and document wealth planning advice for a dedicated book of international private clients.
• Ensure all recommendations are compliant with regulatory standards.
• Produce detailed reports and financial plans using specialised planning tools.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries from clients and service providers.
• Collaborate closely with senior planners and investment specialists on high‑value cases.

Required profile

• Diploma Level 4 qualification (or higher) with ambition to achieve Chartered or Certified Financial Planner status.
• 3–4 years of paraplanning experience in a wealth‑management environment.
• Strong understanding of the financial planning process and compliance requirements.
• Detail‑oriented, able to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
