Paraplanner

About the role

We are seeking a Paraplanner to join our Leeds regional hub, working closely with experienced Financial Planners to deliver high‑quality, personalised financial planning solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality suitability reports.
• Conduct detailed research on financial products, providers and strategies.
• Support Financial Planners with client reviews and ongoing planning needs.
• Act as a technical support contact for financial planner and client queries.
• Submit applications to providers and manage documentation.
• Maintain accurate, compliant and well‑presented client records.
• Ensure all work complies with FCA and internal compliance standards.

Required profile

• Previous paraplanning experience within financial advice.
• Diploma qualified or willing to study further.
• Strong analytical and research skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
