Paraplanner – Pathway to Adviser Role (Wokingham)

About the role
This position is for a qualified Paraplanner who wants to transition into a fully client‑facing adviser role. You will start in a structured paraplanning orientation, learning the firm’s processes and client base before moving quickly into independent advice delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Support senior advisers with technical research, report writing and financial planning.
- Attend client meetings, gradually taking a more active role in discussions and recommendations.
- Build early relationships with clients under the guidance of experienced advisers.
- Progress to leading client meetings and delivering advice independently.
- Take ownership of a client portfolio as part of a planned transition to adviser status.
Required profile
- Diploma‑qualified Paraplanner, ideally working towards Chartered status.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- Desire to develop client‑facing advisory skills.

- Salary £45,000 – £60,000 per year, dependent on experience.
