Paraplanner progressing to Financial Planner – £42k + Bonus, Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner who is ready to step up into a Financial Planner position. You will inherit a client portfolio worth around £40m AUM and receive full training, mentoring and support to develop into a successful adviser.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established client bank of approximately £40m AUM.
• Provide holistic financial advice covering pensions, investments, protection, estate planning and intergenerational wealth.
• Build long‑term relationships and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Utilise the firm’s advanced technology and AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with a dedicated administrator and paraplanning support team.

Required profile

• Current Paraplanner with several years of experience.
• Ambitious and motivated to progress to a Financial Planner/adviser role.
• Strong commitment to client service and professional development.
