Paraplanner – £35k-£40k DOE + Bonus – Hybrid (Leeds)

About the role

We are partnering with a respected financial planning firm in Leeds to hire an experienced Paraplanner. You will work closely with advisers and support teams to deliver high‑quality financial planning solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse pensions, investments and protection products.
• Prepare detailed suitability reports, recommendation letters and client review documentation.
• Conduct investment portfolio and risk analysis, produce illustrations and projections.
• Ensure client files comply with FCA and internal standards.
• Support advisers with ongoing client servicing and planning strategies.
• Collaborate with administration and adviser teams to maintain excellent client service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Paraplanning role (essential).
• Proven ability to write technical suitability reports.
• Strong understanding of pensions, investments and financial planning products.
• Progress towards Level 4 Diploma (advantageous).
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
