Paraplanner – £45k + Benefits – Exeter & Bath

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join a respected wealth‑management firm expanding across the South West. The position is based in Exeter (with opportunities in Bath) and offers a hybrid working model, competitive salary and a clear pathway to Chartered status or a Financial Adviser role.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive financial plans and client reports under the supervision of Chartered Financial Planners.
• Support advisers with research, analysis and documentation for client meetings.
• Maintain and update client data, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist in the development of investment recommendations and risk assessments.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Paraplanner within a wealth‑management or financial services environment.
• Ambition to achieve Chartered Paraplanner status and/or transition to a client‑facing adviser role.
• Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
