Paraplanner (route to advisor) – Hybrid – £50k + Bonus

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Paraplanner who wants a clear pathway to becoming an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). You will work within a respected financial planning firm, supporting senior advisers while developing the technical and client‑facing skills needed for a future advisory role. The position is hybrid, based in Bracknell, and offers a competitive salary plus bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Produce clear, compliant suitability reports and recommendations.
• Conduct in‑depth technical research on pensions, investments and tax planning.
• Build and analyse cash‑flow models for client scenarios.
• Partner closely with IFAs to influence client advice.
• Stay up‑to‑date with legislation, regulation and product developments.
• Participate in annual reviews and long‑term financial planning.

Required profile

• Experience as a Paraplanner or IFA Administrator (essential).
• Diploma Level 4 (or working towards).
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and protection.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Proactive, growth‑oriented mindset with ambition to move into advice.
