Paraplanner – Wealth Planning – Farnborough

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our Farnborough office within a chartered independent wealth planning firm. The role supports advisers delivering comprehensive financial advice to high‑net‑worth clients, retirees and SME owners across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain client documentation for pensions, investments, tax planning and retirement strategies.
• Assist advisers with cash‑flow modelling, protection analysis and specialist schemes such as VCT and EIS.
• Collaborate with the Paraplanning Manager to ensure accuracy and compliance of all client reports.
• Support the wider advisory team by providing timely research and administrative assistance.
• Contribute to the development of client proposals and presentations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Paraplanner within a wealth‑management or financial‑advice environment.
• Strong knowledge of pension administration, investment products, tax considerations and retirement planning.
• Ability to work effectively within a team of 10 Paraplanners and report to a dedicated manager.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and CPD.
