Parcel Delivery Driver – Part‑time (30 hrs/week)

About the role

Join Royal Mail as a part‑time Parcel Delivery Driver in Rotherhithe. You will work 30 hours a week, primarily in the afternoons and early evenings, delivering parcels across a multi‑drop route and representing the brand to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare your van and daily workload before each shift.
• Use route‑planning technology to organise deliveries efficiently.
• Deliver parcels to customers between 14:00 and 20:00, including weekends as scheduled.
• Interact positively with customers, acting as a brand ambassador.
• Maintain punctuality and adherence to safety and traffic regulations.

Required profile

• Upbeat, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Organised, punctual and proactive.
• Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• Willing to work afternoons, early evenings and occasional weekends.
• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
