About the role
The Parking Enforcement Co-ordinator is responsible for handling enforcement requests and parking enquiries, both internal and external, ensuring compliance with parking regulations. The role involves responding to instructions from the local APCOA parking enforcement team and managing first‑stage complaints.
Key responsibilities
- Field and reply to enforcement requests and general parking enquiries both internal and external.
- Ensure timely and accurate replies to instructions from the local APCOA parking enforcement team.
- Respond to first‑stage complaints regarding parking enforcement.
- Carry out site visits to ensure enforcement requests are being carried out by the local APCOA team.
