Part II Architectural Assistant – Residential & Mixed‑Use Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Part II qualified Architectural Assistant to join a design‑led practice delivering high‑profile residential and mixed‑use schemes across London. You will work on projects from concept through to completion, gaining exposure to all stages of delivery in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of residential and mixed‑use projects from design development to handover.
• Produce high‑quality drawings and BIM models using Revit.
• Support architects and project teams across multiple live projects.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and local authorities.
• Develop planning and tender packages as required.

Required profile

• Part II Architectural Assistant or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working on residential projects.
• Strong Revit skills and ability to produce BIM models.
• Proactive, confident and able to work within a fast‑moving team.
