Part Qualified Accountant – Treasury (Study Support)

About the role

We are seeking a Part Qualified Accountant to join our Treasury team in Glasgow. You will support accurate and timely financial reporting, month‑end processes and regulatory filings while developing your accountancy qualification with study support.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reconciliations for the general ledger, bank balances, control accounts, FX analysis, inter‑company and loan balances.
• Support month‑end closing activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Coordinate and contribute to quarterly board‑pack submissions.
• Assist with quarterly regulatory and FCA reporting requirements.
• Maintain clear communication with other Finance teams to resolve outstanding transactions.
• Prepare and review journal entries with appropriate documentation.
• Collaborate with the offshore Treasury team to meet accounting needs.
• Provide accurate management information and support audit processes.
• Assist with acquisition, integration and transition activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Working towards or interested in obtaining a formal accountancy qualification.
• Professional, organised and detail‑oriented with strong relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
