Part-Qualified Financial Accountant

About the role

This position offers a Part‑Qualified Financial Accountant the chance to join a fast‑growing property investment and asset‑management business. You will support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and compliance across a diverse portfolio while working closely with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and management reports.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Help with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
• Identify and drive process improvement initiatives within the accounting function.

Required profile

• Part‑qualified or finalist for ACCA, ACA or CIMA (or qualified by experience).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial or management accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations and month‑end processes.
• Excellent communication skills with both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
• Proactive, analytical and able to work independently.
• Experience in property, real estate, construction or multi‑entity environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with accounting systems.

• Salary between £45,000 and £55,000 per year, dependent on experience.
