About the role

As a Part Qualified Management Accountant you will join a property‑focused organisation in Glasgow, supporting the finance function and delivering accurate management information to aid business decisions. This permanent position offers the chance to develop your accounting expertise in a busy, varied environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes to ensure accurate reporting.
• Provide financial insights to stakeholders to aid strategic decision‑making.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assist with audits by preparing documentation and liaising with auditors.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.

Required profile

• Be part‑qualified in a recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
