Part Time Accounts Receivable / Credit Control

About the role
Join a dynamic finance team on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent. You will support an offshore shared service centre handling credit control and accounts receivable for UK customers.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the AR inbox and respond to a range of queries.
- Work with internal colleagues and customers to resolve disputes and questions.
- Monitor the held order list and take required actions.
- Ensure payments are collected in line with agreed terms.
- Use customer portals as required.
- Reconcile customer accounts and assist with mis‑allocated payments.
- Prepare reporting and analysis for senior management.
- Perform ad‑hoc finance administration duties.
Required profile
- Experience in a similar credit control or accounts receivable role.
- Ability to reconcile accounts and produce reports.
- Preferred experience with SAP.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
