Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1 (Retail)

About the role

Join a vibrant music and pop‑culture retail environment as a Part‑Time Assistant Manager – Level 1. You will support store leadership, ensure an outstanding customer experience, and help drive sales through your fandom knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience, leveraging product knowledge and fandom enthusiasm.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when the manager is away.
• Open and close the store, handling keys and security procedures.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote add‑on sales through BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Monitor store KPIs such as units per transaction (UPT) and average transaction value (ADT).
• Assist with planogram updates, merchandising mixes, and stockroom organization.
• Communicate fashion and music trend insights to management and corporate partners.
• Help maintain loss‑prevention standards and support team development.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in music or pop‑culture merchandise.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong communication, time‑management and professionalism, with a willingness to develop team members.
