Part-Time Caretaker

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Part‑Time Caretaker to provide holiday cover for a well‑presented residential development in West London. This temporary three‑week assignment in August offers split‑shift hours, allowing you to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all communal areas to a high standard
• Sweep, mop and vacuum internal spaces
• Collect and dispose of residents' refuse and recycling
• Carry out basic health & safety and building checks
• Keep external areas tidy and presentable
• Report maintenance issues to the management team
• Provide a friendly, professional service to residents

Required profile

• Previous caretaking, cleaning or residential estate experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Friendly and approachable with good communication skills
• Live within easy commuting distance of West London due to split‑shift schedule
• Available for the full three‑week period in August
