Part Time Community Manager

About the role

Regus is looking for a Part‑time Community Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a flexible workspace centre in Canterbury. Working 20+ hours per week, you will act as the face of the centre, ensuring a world‑class experience for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site activities, from facility management to customer interactions.
• Provide tours for prospective members and upsell services to existing customers.
• Resolve issues promptly and maintain high standards of service quality.
• Drive centre performance against targets and act as an ambassador for the IWG brand.

Required profile

• Proven experience meeting targets while leading a small, customer‑focused team.
• Background in managing flexible workspaces, retail, hospitality or similar environments.
• Strong passion for customer service, self‑driven attitude and resilience under pressure.
