Part-Time Credit Controller

About the role
We are seeking an experienced and organised Credit Controller to work part-time within a busy finance team. The role involves managing customer accounts, chasing overdue payments and supporting the wider finance function.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and credit control processes.
- Chase debt for individual departments and the company as a whole.
- Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices and overdue payments.
- Allocate payments and maintain accurate account records.
- Resolve account queries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare aged debt reports and provide updates to management.
- Support the wider finance team as required.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role.
- Confident communication with customers by phone and email.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

What we offer
- Hourly rate of £14‑£15.
- Part-time schedule: 3 days per week, 24 hours total.
