Part Time Finance Lead – 2 days per week

About the role

We are seeking a Part‑Time Finance Lead to own the finance function of a fast‑growing London‑based property investment and real‑estate business. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will work two days a week – one day on‑site in our London office – providing financial insight and strategic support.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts.
• Develop cash‑flow forecasts and budgets.
• Produce financial reports for senior decision‑makers.
• Support strategic planning and investment decisions.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Experience in a property or real‑estate company, preferably an SME.
• Available to start as soon as possible.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Xero accounting software.
• Familiarity with Notion for information management.
