Part Time Finance Lead

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing London‑based property investment and real estate business that is expanding its portfolio of residential and commercial assets across the UK and internationally. The Part‑Time Finance Lead will own the finance function, reporting directly to the Directors, and will work two days a week, including one day in the London office.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts.
• Develop cash‑flow forecasts and monitor liquidity.
• Lead the budgeting process and variance analysis.
• Produce financial reports for senior leadership and support strategic decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Proven experience in finance within a property or real‑estate SME.
• Ability to start immediately and work part‑time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Xero accounting software.
• Familiarity with Notion for documentation and workflow.
