Part-Time Key Holder

About the role

As a Part‑Time Key Holder at Levi Strauss & Co., you will be the front‑line ambassador of the Levi’s® brand, ensuring the store runs smoothly during your shifts. You will open and close the outlet when management is absent and support the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, following all security and operational procedures.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while embodying Levi’s brand values.
• Support and motivate Stylists to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand presentation.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom upkeep.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Help create an inclusive, high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s® brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to stay calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Confidence to lead and support a shop‑floor team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
