Part-time Merchandiser – POS Placement at Asda Aberdeen

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time merchandiser to place point‑of‑sale (POS) materials and in‑store media at Asda Aberdeen Beach. The role involves a few hours each week, primarily on Wednesday evenings and Thursday mornings.

Key responsibilities

• Sign in at the store, introduce yourself to key store contacts and locate delivered POS items.
• Place POS displays in pre‑arranged sections, using a stepladder where required.
• Photograph completed placements and report them through an online app.
• Handle and move POS boxes or stock as needed while navigating the store.
• Ensure full coverage of all assigned POS placements for each brand.

Required profile

• Available to work Wednesday evenings and Thursday mornings (approximately 2 hours per week).
• Own a smartphone (Android or iOS) to report visits via the app.
• Comfortable using a stepladder to place media at height.
• Good communication and relationship‑building skills with store staff.
• Attention to detail and prior experience placing POS materials.
