Part-Time Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Operative (3 days/week)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, hands‑on Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Operative to support our restaurant sites on a part‑time basis. You will take pride in keeping our venues safe, functional and presentable, working independently across a variety of maintenance tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across multiple restaurant locations.
• Perform plumbing repairs such as fixing taps, toilets, leaks and pipework.
• Conduct basic electrical work, including replacing sockets, switches, lighting and fault finding.
• Execute carpentry and joinery repairs, tiling, plaster patching and silicone sealing.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, fittings and adjust doors, locks and hardware.
• Undertake general building maintenance and handyman duties.
• Liaise with the maintenance coordinator and site managers, reporting progress and issues.
• Maintain a safe, organised work environment following health and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a multi‑skilled maintenance role.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants or hotels is desirable but not essential.
