Part-time Operations & Procurement Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Operations & Procurement Administrator to join our team in Marden on a part‑time, job‑share basis. You will support the end‑to‑end flow of customer orders, purchasing and logistics, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders from receipt through to delivery, updating the order management system.
• Raise purchase orders, obtain quotations and coordinate lead times with suppliers.
• Manage delivery schedules with warehouse partners and couriers, tracking shipments and resolving issues.
• Provide customers with order status updates and respond to enquiries.
• Prepare quotations and maintain accurate records of customers, suppliers and orders.
• Keep CRM and order management systems up to date.
• Support general administration and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in operations, procurement, customer service, administration or supply‑chain coordination.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under pressure.
• Proactive attitude with keen attention to detail.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics or technical environments is advantageous.
