Part-time Procurement and Compliance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a part-time Procurement and Compliance Manager to lead our tender and framework activities within a fast-growing consultancy. The role will ensure high-quality procurement processes, support bid decisions and maintain key certifications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tender lifecycles, from monitoring ITTs, RFQs and EOIs to preparing and submitting documentation.
• Identify procurement opportunities, support decision-making and coordinate bid teams.
• Administer framework memberships, handling renewals and new applications.
• Develop tender responses that include corporate, social value, EDI and safeguarding content.
• Maintain accurate records, tender trackers and regular reporting on procurement activity.
• Ensure required certifications such as Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 are kept up to date.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, tender management and framework administration.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organisational abilities with capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certification standards.
