Part Time Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Part‑Time Product Manager to join our small, fast‑moving travel team. You will own the end‑to‑end development of bespoke escorted tours and private group travel programmes, ensuring each product meets commercial and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Product to plan, prioritize and manage the product pipeline, balancing in‑house packages with third‑party offerings.
• Develop product concepts, set pricing, assess commercial viability and drive each product through to launch.
• Maintain a diverse, competitive portfolio that aligns with partner needs and supports sales targets.
• Negotiate rates, secure allocations and manage supplier relationships to deliver best‑in‑class experiences.
• Identify, contract and manage expert talent for specialised packages.
• Monitor product performance, yield, profitability and pricing, reporting to the Head of Product.
• Analyse customer feedback and market trends to continuously improve the offering.
• Ensure all product content is accurate, up‑to‑date and consistent with brand guidelines.
• Foster effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of product development and contracting experience within a tour operator, cruise operator or similar travel business.
• Strong background in escorted tours or private group travel, with a proven track record of delivering bespoke programmes.
• Hands‑on work ethic, high attention to detail and ability to take ownership from concept to delivery.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, small‑team environment where flexibility is essential.
