About the role
We are looking for a passionate Psychology Teacher to join our school in Oxted from September 2026. This part‑time position offers the chance to inspire and support students across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5, delivering engaging lessons in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver dynamic Psychology lessons for KS4 and KS5.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with students.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the department to develop curriculum resources.
- Contribute to a positive school culture and extracurricular activities where relevant.
Required profile
- Experience teaching Psychology at secondary or sixth‑form level.
- Genuine enthusiasm for the subject and for student development.
- Ability to work flexibly within part‑time hours.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
