About the role

Join Heron Foods as a Part‑Time Sales Assistant in Southport, working 8 hours per week. You will help keep the store tidy, stocked and welcoming, ensuring customers enjoy a smooth shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, check and organise deliveries to maintain stock levels.
• Keep shelves well‑presented, fully stocked and tidy.
• Assist customers promptly and courteously, answering queries and providing product information.
• Collaborate with the team to meet store targets and maintain a safe, clean environment.

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving retail setting.
• Previous experience in sales, retail or hospitality is beneficial but not essential.
