Part-Time Sales Associate – 8 hrs per week

About the role

As part of the Retail team, you’ll join the Meadowhall store as a part‑time Sales Associate (8 hours per week). You’ll deliver exceptional customer service and support the management team in meeting sales and operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, tailored customer service experience.
• Provide in‑depth knowledge of the Reiss brand and product range.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members and management.
• Maintain visual standards throughout the store.
• Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador.

Required profile

• Passion for premium or luxury products.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• Ability to see things through the customer’s eyes.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Capability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong organisational and decision‑making abilities.
• Team‑player attitude and good written and verbal communication.
