About the role
We are seeking a Part‑time Supervising Social Worker to support foster carers across North Devon. The role is home‑based, three days a week, and offers a stable caseload with progression opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide supervision and guidance to carers throughout North Devon.
- Participate in the out‑of‑hours rota and receive additional compensation.
- Maintain a capped caseload (10 for full‑time equivalent) to ensure quality support.
Required profile
- Registered with Social Work England (SWE).
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Good knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Experience working in the social care sector.
