Part Time Technical Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Part‑Time Technical Administrator to join a well‑established engineering and manufacturing client in Gloucester. You will act as a bridge between customers and internal engineering teams, preparing accurate quotations and supporting the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Produce prompt, clear and detailed quotations for customers.
• Communicate with customers to gather feedback on quotations.
• Maintain accurate records of discussions, accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects and contacts in CRM software.
• Build relationships with customers and prospects to understand their requirements.
• Keep reliable records of product types and part numbers.

Required profile

• Good oral and written English language skills.
• Curiosity‑driven mindset with a “how does this work?” attitude.
• Willingness to tackle a variety of challenges each day.
• Friendly, outgoing nature and enjoyment of working in a small team.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
