About the role
Prospero Teaching is seeking a part‑time Year 1 Class Teacher for an Ofsted "Good" primary school in West London. The role is initially for three months, with the possibility of extension or a permanent position based on performance. Both newly qualified teachers and those with experience are welcome.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lessons and manage a Year 1 classroom.
- Carry out general class teacher duties, including planning, assessment and pastoral care.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team and follow school policies.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of Key Stage 1 teaching experience in the UK.
- Up‑to‑date safeguarding training (issued within the last year).
- Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS registered with the online update service.
- Two professional references covering the last two years.
