Part-time Year 3 Teacher (3 days/week)

About the role
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teacher for a welcoming primary school in Rochdale. The role runs from September 2026 to February 2027 on a part‑time basis (three days per week) and focuses on delivering the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Year 3 lessons across reading, writing and maths.
- Use assessment data to identify next steps and support pupil progress.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages personal development.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents to promote positive outcomes.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, preferably Year 3 or lower KS2.
- Strong classroom management and a positive teaching style.
- Commitment to high standards of teaching, learning and pupil development.
