Partner – Chartered Accountancy Firm (Senior Level)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced senior professional to join a rapidly growing, privately‑owned mid‑tier chartered accountancy firm in Hertfordshire as a Partner. The role offers the option of equity ownership from day one or a salaried partnership, providing a unique opportunity to shape the firm’s future.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of local and expanding clients.
• Provide expert financial reporting, management accounting and strategic business advice.
• Oversee tax compliance and advisory services, ensuring clients understand obligations and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute growth strategies.
• Mentor, coach and train staff at all levels, fostering continuous professional development.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Extensive experience in general practice accounting, including financial reporting, management accounting and tax.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and strategic thinking abilities.
