Partner / Legal Director – Regulatory & Advisory Practice

About the role

An outstanding opportunity to join a growing national law firm as a Partner or Legal Director within its Regulatory & Advisory team. The role involves shaping the future direction of the practice and leading high‑profile regulatory matters for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist advice on financial services regulation, health & social care, public inquiries and health & safety matters.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across corporates, public sector organisations and regulated businesses.
• Identify and win new business to support the growth of the regulatory practice.
• Contribute to the strategic development and expansion of the team.
• Deliver technically sound and commercially aware solutions to complex regulatory challenges.

Required profile

• Significant experience in one or more of the specialist areas listed.
• Excellent technical and commercial judgement.
• Proven track record of building lasting client relationships.
• Business development experience with a genuine interest in growing a practice.
• An established client following or demonstrable business case is advantageous.
