About the role

Join one of the UK’s fastest‑growing accountancy practices as a Partner‑level Tax Specialist. You will have full autonomy to build and lead a high‑performing tax team while managing a diverse portfolio of complex client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on corporate tax, personal tax, capital gains, inheritance tax, VAT and cross‑border structuring.
• Lead technically complex client engagements, ensuring compliance and identifying tax planning opportunities.
• Advise on corporate transactions, restructurings and business growth strategies.
• Recruit, mentor and manage a dedicated tax team.
• Develop and grow your own client base while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Contribute to the firm’s strategic direction and expansion.

Required profile

• ACA or CTA qualified with extensive tax advisory experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and proven leadership in client‑facing roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams.
