Partner Marketing Manager – Growth

About the role

Sitecore is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to drive growth across its EMEA and Asia‑Pacific partner ecosystem. You will own joint marketing programmes with implementation partners and resellers, aligning campaigns to Sitecore’s FY27 buying motions and delivering measurable pipeline and bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Sitecore’s buying motions into partner‑ready campaigns, narratives and assets, ensuring consistent tracking.
• Develop and manage quarterly co‑marketing plans with EMEA and APAC implementation partners using webinars, events, digital campaigns and executive roundtables.
• Design scalable, repeatable marketing toolkits for international resellers to generate and progress demand independently.
• Align partner programmes with regional sales objectives to generate leads, accelerate pipeline and contribute to bookings targets.
• Build trusted relationships with key partners and reseller leaders, spotting joint opportunities and keeping partners engaged.
• Coordinate with Field, Corporate, Product and Campaign Marketing to adapt global content for partner use while respecting local nuances.
• Track programme performance against KPIs, analyse ROI and share insight‑rich reporting with stakeholders.
• Own the partner marketing budget, allocating MDF and co‑op funds to the highest‑potential partners and motions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, including partner or channel programmes in technology or software.
• Proven experience marketing across multiple international markets, especially EMEA and/or APAC.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset with demand‑generation and ABM expertise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence senior partners and internal stakeholders.
