Partnership Account Director

About the role

Carwow is looking for a Partnership Account Director to lead executive‑level relationships with enterprise and franchise dealer groups across the UK. You will act as the primary stock‑sourcing partner, driving revenue growth for our Sell My Car services while embedding Carwow into dealers’ daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Open and develop new partner relationships using internal and external networking levers.
• Deliver polished sales presentations that clearly position Carwow’s stock‑buying solution in the market.
• Embed Carwow as a valued stock‑sourcing solution across dealer networks, increasing buyer numbers and transaction volume.
• Provide high‑level account management, helping partners achieve commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on joint business plans and resolve challenges at senior levels.
• Maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce and contribute to product innovation and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Experienced influencer and negotiator with strong account‑management background.
• Ability to analyse data, identify opportunities and deploy growth strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging senior‑level executives.
• High business acumen, problem‑solving mindset and flexible leadership style.
• Energetic, motivated, emotionally intelligent and focused on team success.
