Partnership Executive

About the role

The Supply Register Ltd is seeking a Partnership Executive to manage and grow relationships with Multi‑Academy Trusts in the South West of England. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a smooth recruitment journey for teaching and non‑teaching staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage relationships with assigned Multi‑Academy Trusts.
• Maintain regular communication and on‑site visits with clients.
• Provide an excellent candidate journey for all vacancies.
• Manage long‑term and day‑to‑day vacancies, building a vetted candidate pool.
• Conduct candidate interviews and develop attraction techniques.
• Collaborate with partnership agencies to meet school requirements.
• Deliver outstanding service to strengthen client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment or account management.
• Understanding of managed service solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
• Motivation to grow with the company.
