Partnership Manager (Hybrid/Flexible)

About the role

We are seeking a Partnership Manager to join a fast‑growing professional services firm. Working closely with senior leadership, you will build and nurture long‑term referral relationships that drive sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a network of professional introducers such as accountancy firms, legal practices, corporate finance advisers and private‑equity contacts.
• Act as the primary contact for key strategic partnerships and create partnership plans that generate consistent referral opportunities.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through existing and new relationships.
• Collaborate with partners and technical specialists to secure new client engagements.
• Monitor partnership activity, pipeline performance and conversion rates.
• Work with marketing on events, campaigns and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Represent the business at networking events and industry functions.

Required profile

• Commercially minded relationship builder with experience in partnerships, business development or account management within professional services.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
