Partnership Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Partnership Manager to join a dynamic charity that delivers high‑impact programmes for young people from under‑represented backgrounds. The role combines strategic corporate partnership development with hands‑on stewardship of existing relationships, working both remotely and from our Lewisham‑based office.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and secure new corporate partnership opportunities aligned with the charity’s mission.
• Develop and submit high‑quality proposals, sponsorship packages and funding applications.
• Manage a portfolio of existing partners, delivering stewardship, impact reporting and renewal strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate contacts at all levels.
• Collaborate with the wider fundraising team on trust and foundation applications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate fundraising, partnerships, business development or account management within the non‑profit sector.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build credibility with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Track record of meeting financial and activity targets through pipeline management.

What we offer

• Salary £35,000 – £40,000 per year.
• 35‑hour work week with 26 days holiday.
