Partnerships Executive

About the role

The Partnerships Executive will join Brighton & Hove Albion’s commercial team, supporting the Senior Partnership Executive in managing club partners. You will help deliver contractual rights and create memorable experiences for partners across various touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day management of club partners, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders via face‑to‑face, phone and email.
• Represent the club at official functions, industry events and on matchdays.
• Coordinate partner activations and support the delivery of commercial goals.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure.
• Friendly, helpful attitude with a collaborative, "can‑do" mindset.

What we offer

• Competitive salary £29,000‑£32,000 per year.
• 35‑hour work week, Monday‑Friday plus matchdays (time in lieu after first five).
