Partnerships Lead

About the role

bunch is building the operating infrastructure for the next generation of private markets. As Partnerships Lead you will own the partnership function across core markets, driving both referral and provider networks to generate qualified pipeline and revenue. You will work closely with Commercial, Marketing and Operations to scale the channel and close capability gaps.

Key responsibilities

• Own the partnership programme across the UK, Germany and Luxembourg, adapting activation to local market dynamics and regulations.
• Identify, sign and activate referral and channel partners such as fund formation counsel, placement agents, banks and tax advisors.
• Convert partner relationships into qualified pipeline and measurable partner‑sourced ARR.
• Structure and maintain relationships with regulated and specialist providers, including depositaries, AML officers, ManCos and auditors.
• Close capability gaps to enable end‑to‑end fund mandate service across markets.
• Lead commercial negotiation, pricing and scope for partnerships, collaborating with operations owners on delivery.
• Build tracking infrastructure for partner introductions, conversions, revenue and activation timelines.
• Represent bunch at industry events and travel regularly across markets.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development or senior client‑facing roles within fund administration, fintech or professional services.
• Strong understanding of private markets, fund structures and the regulatory environment in the UK and Europe.
• Proven ability to build partnership programmes or commercial channels from scratch.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments, creating structure and owning measurable commercial outcomes.
• Excellent senior‑level communication skills with law firms, depositaries and other regulated providers.
