Partnerships Manager – B2B Energy Consultancy

About the role

The fast‑growing B2B energy consultancy in the North East of England is creating a dedicated Partnerships function. As Partnerships Manager you will own the introducer and referral channel, turning existing lead flow into a structured, revenue‑generating network.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage the end‑to‑end introducer and referral channel.
• Grow a network of sole traders, tradespeople, accountants, commercial electricians and other business‑facing professionals.
• Maintain regular contact with partners, ensuring high engagement and a steady flow of referrals.
• Profile each opportunity and route it to the appropriate salesperson.
• Track leads, referrals and commission payments with accuracy.
• Negotiate revenue‑share agreements (typically 10‑50% based on volume).
• Identify new partnership segments and organise networking events in the Northeast.
• Act as the liaison between the partner network and internal sales teams, driving opportunities to closure.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and commercially sharp with a strong appetite for building something new.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Experience in B2B sales or partnership development, preferably within the energy or consultancy sector.
