Partnerships Manager

About the role

Monzo is looking for a Partnerships Manager to drive strategic partnerships that enhance its core banking products. You will identify, build and manage relationships with high‑profile brands to create value for paying customers across the UK and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with Monzo’s product and growth goals.
• Identify, negotiate and secure strategic B2B and B2C partnerships with reputable brands.
• Scale and optimise existing partnerships using data‑driven insights and performance tracking.
• Analyse customer behaviour and commercial performance to uncover high‑impact opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Data Science, Design and Operations to bring partnerships to life.
• Manage partnerships from ideation through implementation, optimisation and long‑term success.

Required profile

• Proven track record in partnerships, business development or growth, preferably in banking, fintech or technology.
• Experience building and scaling both B2B and B2C partnerships that deliver measurable results.
• Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders across the organisation.
