About the role
We are seeking a proactive Parts Advisor to join a leading plant machinery manufacturer in Wakefield. The role is office‑based and offers a clear pathway towards a Parts Manager position, with full training and development support.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with service teams and customers to identify and supply the correct spare or new parts promptly.
- Enter e‑commerce orders and part requirements accurately into the internal system.
- Maintain stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks and ensure parts availability.
- Provide administrative support related to parts documentation and reporting.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer support or a parts‑related role.
- Familiarity with machinery or industrial equipment.
- Full UK driving licence.
