Parts Sales Advisor (Heavy Goods Vehicles)

About the role

Join a market‑leading HGV dealership as a Parts Sales Advisor, supporting both customers and the workshop with parts supply. The role offers guaranteed overtime each month and a stable, permanent contract within a growing commercial transport service provider.

Key responsibilities

• Supply parts to customers and the internal workshop.
• Liaise with customers face‑to‑face and over the phone.
• Unpack stock, maintain warehouse order and cleanliness.
• Collaborate within a tight‑knit team to meet service targets.
• Work Monday to Friday 8 am‑6 pm, with alternating Saturday mornings (7 am‑11 am).

Required profile

• Experience in parts sales, parts advisory, or a similar automotive role.
• Background in HGV/LCV or broader automotive environments.
• Ability to commute to North London/Waltham Cross area.

Required skills

• Automotive parts knowledge.
• Understanding of HGV and LCV specifications.

• Salary £29,000‑£31,000 per year (OTE up to £35,000+).
