Part‑Time Branch Assistant (Seasonal, 20 hrs/week)

About the role

This seasonal, temporary position is for a Branch Assistant working 20 hours per week on a rolling 12‑week contract. You will join a fast‑paced retail environment in Canterbury, supporting customers and keeping the store running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain fully stocked shelves and ensure product availability.
• Provide fast, friendly service at the tills.
• Assist customers in finding products and answer queries.
• Accurately pick and prepare items for delivery orders.
• Support the team in day‑to‑day store operations across a 5‑day work week.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to go the extra mile for shoppers.
• Available to work in a 5/7 day operation; must be 17 years or older.
